PreemptiveAI, Inc. acts as a business associate or service provider to support these clinical operations but does not independently use your clinical data for advertising or unrelated commercial purposes.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your health data for third-party advertising. We may share information between PreemptiveAI, Inc. and Preemptive Clinic, P.A. as necessary to facilitate your care.
